By the implementation of the activities, included in this project integrated services for disabled people and for people unable alone to take care of themselves will be provided. Complex activities will be combined for providing long-term care, incl. social and health services in the community or at home. It will expand the scope of the services, providing access not only to social but also to healthcare and other types of services provided in the community. Simultaneously, in this way unemployed people of working age be engaged. By the training their competence will be enriched.
