Centre for Social Services in a Home Environment

The idea behind the creation of the Centre for Social Services in a Home Environment is for individuals with disabilities and elderly people and their family above 65 years of age to be helped in their everyday functions, in engaging in social interactions, and in maintaining their hygiene. Furthermore, the centre will create grounds for continuity and will guarantee good service for people using the options for ‘Social Assistant’, ‘Home Assistant’, and ‘Personal Assistant’, which will be funded by the ‘Programme for Development of Human Resources’ and by the state budget. Assistance of such kind will be aimed at facilitating the access to health care services, and in consequence, to improving the quality of life. This new model will be the basis of the development of state social services planned for the future.
