Establishment of centre within Home Social Patronage – Razgrad for provision of services for social inclusion on hour basis.

The project foresees establishment of Centre for social services within Home Social Patronage /HSP/ – Razgrad as an alternative and flexible type of service provision for disabled and elder people not able to care themselves on the territory of Razgrad municipality. The services of the centre will be focused on: disabled people, including children with disabilities, elder people with difficulties and/or impossibilities for self-care. The implementation of the project activities aims at achievement of better life quality and worthy existence of the persons from the target group, as well as upgrading the activity of HSP, the achieved good results under the grant scheme “Alternatives” within OP Human Resources Development and applying new methodology and approach for a complex service provision to achieve higher quality and efficiency of the provided services. Expected results: 20 personal assistants and 15 home assistants will provide assistance and support to 200 vulnerable persons for 18 months. The centre for social services will provide complex service on hour basis for personal assistance and home care, social support and assistance for housing activities. At the same time a new approach will be proposed to achieve physical, psychical, emotional and social welfare through health monitoring and care by a medical person and provided opportunity for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of the motive activities of the users through kinesitherapy at home by a kinesitherapist. Quality and professionalism will be provided; the appointed specialists will be trained as they will get professional support on the emotions control, stress treatment, supervision and psychological consultation; professional support will be provided to the target group and their relatives. For establishment of professional work environment it is foreseen refurbishment and equipment of the existing premises, office establishment and organizing the necessary units for providing consultations.
