The project envisages providing access to integrated services, according to the specific needs of people disadvantaged on the basis of an individual assessment by social support for the creation of a new Center for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community and at home, in the District "Krasna Polyana ". The project will be organized also: - Training of personnel services; - Provide psychological support and / or counseling and / or supervision of personnel providing social services; - Motivational and psychological support for service users according to their individual needs; - Providing specialized transport for people with disabilities, if necessary. The project will be implemented activities to provide information and publicity. Organization and management of the project will be implemented by the management team and the project, which will be composed of officials of the District "Krasna Polyana".
