Providing a range of social services to improve the quality of life and satisfaction of daily needs of people with disabilities, single people who for health reasons are not able to organize their own bits and maintain hygiene in the home and family children with disabilities within the region "Palm Sunday." Encourage parents of children with disabilities in need of constant care to exercise their right to work, which can feel independent and equal.
