The hereby presented project suggestion will make it possible for Ovcha Kupel district to provide a hourly integrated service for people with disabilities and adults over the age of 65 with limited or non-existing ability to meet their daily physiological needs. The realization of the project will lead to an increase in the quality of life of the adult population with disabilities through the establishment of conditions, which will facilitate their independent life and social integration by respecting their rights and taking into account their abilities and specific needs. The provision of integrated services in domestic environment is going to support the people in need of these services, as well as the family members involved in the process of taking care of the disabled person via decreasing the risk of dependence of institutional services and provide the family members with better opportunities for employment on the labor market.
