The present project aims to give an opportunity for social inclusion of vulnerable people by submitting various social services. Within the project will be implemented integrated social services. The services will be performed in the homes of people with disabilities. There will also be psychological support and consultation for the consumers of the social service ant for the personal assistants. The achievment of this goal will contribute for better quality of life and higher incomes for the families of people with disabilities. The implementation of home social services will support not only people with disabilities, but also members of their families who have to take care of them. The implementation of integrated social services will take place for people with disabilities only after application procedure and evaluation of personal necessities. The realization of the present project will expand the range of the integrated social services on the territory of District Serdika of Sofia Municipality and will also continue the social service for some of the consumers who are part of the project "New opportunities for care". Meantime the integrated social services will be completed with psychological support and consultation for people with disabilities. During realization of the project there will be actions for avoiding double funding from similar programs or projects. The necessity of this project is generated from the increasing need of taking care for people with disabilities and need for giving their family members an opportunity to evantuate in labor market. By purchasing an adapted transport vehicle, as a part of present project activities, we are going to ensure so necessary specialized transportation for people with disabilities. The transport service will be fulfilled by the principle of "Door to door".
