The realization of the activities of the project proposal will improve the approach to basic social and health service and obtaining independence and social integration for people with disabilities and people over 65 with inability of self-serving from the municipality of Hitrino. The aim is to improve the quality of life of vulnerable groups as to combine complex activities towards providing long-term care, including home or social services.
