This project proposal will allow in district "Nadezhda" to provide hourly integrated services to persons with disabilities and elderly people over 65 years with limited or unable to self-service. The implementation of the project will improve the quality of life of elderly and disabled people by creating conditions and support for the effective exercise of their right to independent living and social inclusion, respecting their rights and based on their specific needs and opportunities.
