Right to independent living

This procedure of direct grant aid BG05M90PO001-2.002 "Independent Living" aims to improve the quality of life and access to services for social inclusion in response to complex needs, including health, people with disabilities and people over 65 in inability to self in order to overcome the consequences of social exclusion and poverty. Project "Right to Independent Living" has the primary objective to improve the quality of life of older people in the municipality of Borovan and support of persons / children with disabilities, create conditions to support and exercise their right to independent living and social inclusion, respect their rights, taking into consideration their individual needs and according to their capabilities. Provision of integrated social services will allow people over 65 years with limited opportunities for self-service persons / children with disabilities to receive support through complex actions and providing long-term care, including social and health services in the community or at home. Will provide the opportunity for individuals caring for loved ones with disabilities to return to the real labor market. Will be created first ever center for providing hourly service provision Municipality Borovan, which lay the foundation for the provision of integrated services for people over 65 years with an inability to self-will help persons / children with disabilities receive the necessary community support, will provide employment to unemployed persons. The implementation of the transaction will provide integrated services for individuals from the target group, combining comprehensive actions towards ensuring the long-term care, incl. and social and health services in the community or at home. This will provide employment to unemployed people of working age, and the other will enable people with disabilities to use different services according to their needs.
