Center for hourly provision of social services in the municipality of Ruen

Overall objective:Improving the quality of life of people with disabilities and people living alone by creating conditions for the effective exercise of their right to independence and social inclusion and reduce the risk of dependence on institutional care. Specific objectives: - Promoting best practice in Ruen,to provide services in the home to persons in need of constant care in their daily lives; - Support for participation in public life, including the exercise of their right to work; - Creation of new jobs for people actively seeking employment; - Create professional skills of domestic workers and skills through further training. Duration of the project:21 months,duration of activities - 18 months Basic activities: 1. Organization and Management 2. Information and publicity 3. Selection and recruitment 4. Purchase of equipment and furnishings for the Center for hourly provision of social services in the municipality of Ruen 5. Staff training to provide services 6. Providing psychological support and counseling for personnel providing social services 7.Providing motivational and psychological support for service users according to their individual needs; 8. Development of rules / methodology for activity center Expected results: 1. Forming teams of three people familiar with the specific details of the work,directly responsible for the implementation and management of the project.Prepared operational plan for the work, which are distributed through obligations to implement the activities under the Project. 2. Conducted Information campaign.Promoted are the results of the project; 3. Appointed staff at the Centre for hourly provision of social services at home of acquired knowledge and skills maids. 4. Specific target group of users, including 50 people.Done is a social needs assessment of all candidates for the use of social services.
