The project provides support for extending the operation of existing Unit for Social Services in the community and in domestic environment "Domestic social patronage" in Lyubimets municipality. Old people and disabled will be guaranteed a choice of services and will be assisted in deciding which is the service which best meets their needs. The project will improve the quality of life and access to services for social inclusion in response to the needs of people with disabilities and people over age of 65 who can not take care of themselves and will help them to overcome the consequences of social exclusion and poverty. A center will be established, that will provide social services "Personal Assistant", "Social assistant"; "Domestic assistant" and "Health Assistant". In addition to basic services motivational, psychological and other support will be provided. For the activities of the Centre qualified personnel will be hired. For the provision of the new social services will be appointed: Personal Assistants - 39 units; Home assistants - 5; Social assistants - 2, Health Assistants - 2 pcs. For the team in the Centre will be provided basic and advanced training and supervision. The center will be equipped. To provide access for people with disabilities will be delivered specialized vehicle. As a result of the activities will be improved the quality of life of the elderly and persons with disabilities. Conditions for independent living and social inclusion, will be provided for the beneficiaries, with respect to their rights, which will comply with their specific abilities and needs.
