Create a Municipal Center for hourly provision of social services for disadvantaged people

Creating of Municipal Center for hourly provision of social services for disadvantaged people, which will provide integrated social and health services to people/children with disabilities and their families, to people over 65 years with limitations or with inability for self-service. Staff will be appointed to manage the Municipal Center and for providing social and health services at home - from a total of 56 unemployed people, who will be trained and consulted for providing of complex innovative social health services, because one of the main priorities is poverty reduction and employment ensuring. Our goal is the Center to cover a larger number of beneficiaries, so it provides each beneficiary to receive a maximum of 80 hours integrated social and health services within one month, depending on individual assessments of eachperson. Thus, the center will serve about 30% of the deprived persons with disabilities and inability for self-service or about 56 customers will receive integrated health and social services for 18 months. It is envisaged in the project the Center to provide social service "Personal Assistant", specialized health services and provision of psychological support and motivation counseling the staff providing social services according to beneficiaries' individual needs. It is envisaged that the services offered at the Center to be provided for 6 months after completion of the project, but in greatly reduced volume as Satovcha Municipality, has very limited own resources. The project proposal is consistent with the needs of the region and will complement and develop the effect of already implemented similar projects with a social focus.
