Creation of Center for providing of hourly service for social inclusion in the community and in home environment in Dobrichka municipality

The needs of the target groups of social services in normal daily activities, social contacts; of health services will be addressed. 70 persons with disabilities and their families and 20 persons over 65 with limits or unable to self-service will be included. Through the specific goals for creation of new Center fot innovative providing of hourly service for social inclusion in the community and in home environment, overcoming social exclusion, prevention of institutionalization, providing a safe and appropriate environment for decent living and active social life of the users, enhancing qualification and income of the low-skilled, creating conditions for the return on the real market of those who care for relatives with disabilities, the overall objective of improving the quality of life of disadvantaged people in Dobrichka municipality, giving them the right of choice, independence and dignity will be achieved. Activities envisaged to be implemented under the project: Organization and management; Information and publicity; Providing access to integrated services; Staff training to provide services; Provision of psychological support, counseling and supervision of staff; Motivational and psychological support for the users; Developing Methodology for the Unit activity; Technical provision of the Unit; Providing specialized transportation for people with disabilities. Expected results: Successfully implemented project activities; Ensured transparency and publicity of the objectives and results of the project; Ensured quality care for the users according to their needs; Formation of knowledge and skills of staff to provide high quality services; Motivated staff with attitude to work according to the specifics of each user; Addressed services according to users' needs; Ensured equal and easy access by users to the services provided; Clear rules for the regulated supply of quality services.
