“Center for Integrated Services”

The creation of the “Center for Integrated Services” in Dryanovo Municipality aims for improvement on the access to social and health services for people with disabilities, their families and elder people over 65 years, with limitations or are incapable of self-service, accordingly their complex needs. In result of that, there will be new opportunities available for achieving independency and social integration of the representatives of the vulnerable groups. The integrated approach in providing hourly services, consistent with the needs and the individual needs for personal assistance, support for a social inclusion and health services, will be a guaranteed prerequisite for a much higher quality and dignified life of the users. The project proposal is oriented towards the users of the services as it focuses on the concrete and individual needs of every one of them, based on which the packet of complex services will be formed. The “Center for Integrated Services” project will build and elaborate the provided in Municipality services in the community and in the home environment, by completing them with specialized health services. With the realization of the project the coverage of the services people will be expanded, the access to integrated services will be facilitated, with the idea of their mobility and opportunity for complexity in their provision. Job creation and employment of unemployed people is essential for their inclusion in the social economy. The main activities of the project provide – insurance of an access to integrated services by creating “Center for Integrated Services”; insurance of publicity and information; social evaluation of the needs of a candidate – the users; staff training; development of Methodology of the activity of The Center; supervision and psychological consulting; motivational and psychological support of the service’s users; organization and management of the project.
