Independent life in municipality of Septemvri

Project "Independent life in municipality of Septemvri" is aimed at people with disabilities and their families, people over 65 with limited or unable to self-service in the municipality in September who are at increased risk of social exclusion. The overall objective of the project is to contribute to expanding the opportunities for improving the quality of life of vulnerable groups and their families by promoting the principle of equal opportunities and expand the volume, diversity and targeting of services provided in the community. Specific objectives which the project sets out to achieve are to create a Centre for hourly service provision for social inclusion of the target group, which provides integrated services for people with disabilities and their families, people over 65 with limited or impossible Self-service by combining complex steps towards providing long-term care, including social and health services in the community or at home, according to the specific needs of people disadvantaged on the basis of an individual assessment of needs.The activities to be implemented under the project to achieve its objectives and expected results are as follows: 1. Management, information and publicity of the project. 2. Building capacity to provide services for social inclusion in the community or at home. 3. Creation of a Centre for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home. 4. Provision of services to representatives of the target groups.
