The project will be realized on the territory of the city of Laki, municipality of Laki. The current project aims to improve the quality of life and the access to services for social inclusion in response to the complex necesseties , including health care, of people with disabilities and people over 65 years old, incapable of overcoming the consequences of social exclusion and poverty by self – service. It will offer hourly, time-scheduled services for meeting the complex necesseties of 54 people with disabilities or over 65 y.o. It will also limit the incapability of self-servicing. The social services will be contracted and delivered depending on the personal needs and desires of the recipients, including approved time table and assistants. The personnel of the Center will include hired and trained personal, social or house assistants, assigned depending on the specific needs and individual social assessment of the recipient.
