‘’Disposition of integrated service to improve the quality of life for disabled people and people over 65 who are non-capable to take care of themselves’’

Our project offer corresponds to the strategical aim ,based in the Operational programme ”Development of people resources’’ ,aimed to improve the quality of life for disabled people and people over 65 who are non-capable to take care of themselves. The municipality Galabovo foresees establishing a new Centre for disposition of social and health services for disabled people and people over 65 who are non-capable to take care of themselves. The aim is to ensure an access to integrated service ,according to the specific needs of disadvantaged people. Those needs will be based on the individual social estimation for joining in the community or at home, including supportive and integrated intersectional services. We are provisioning the following activities in the present project proposal: 1. Activities concerning the project organisation and management; 2. Preparing evaluation of needs, including individual social evaluation; 3. Establishing a Service Provision Centre on hourly basis; 4. Establishing a service provision team. Training of the personnel how to provide social services; 5. Motivational and psychological support of the personnel, responsible for providing social services - consultation and supervision 6. Providing information and publicity.
