This project proposal of municipality Yakimovo is the result of implementation of various social policies during the previous programming period. It will provide integrated services for persons with inability for self and for people with disabilities, will combine complex steps towards providing longterm care, incl. social and health services in the community and in the home environment by creating a center for social inclusion. We plan at least 60 people from the municipality to have access to the services based on individual assessment and approach, which is based on people's needs.
