The idea of this project proposal is to establish a Centre for hourly services for social inclusion in the community or at home for people with disabilities and the elderly over 65 year in an inability to self-service in Simeonovgrad. The successful implementation of the project will improve the quality of life of these target groups, by providing them a maximum access to suitable for their individual needs social and health care. From a daily home care to an ethical psychological and a social support for them and their families. A package of the following activities is planned: forming a team, structure and a project management; publicity and visualization of the project; selection of qualified personnel and the activities of the Centre; preparing a methodology of work in the implementation of the Centre for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home; providing equal access to services for persons with disabilities and persons of 65 years by the Centre (Center for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home); Training the staff of the Centre ; Psychological and social counseling to the beneficients of social services; providing supervision of the staff that provides social services; Repairs Furnishing and equipment is transferred. The successful implementation of these activities will lead to the desired result, namely a real social inclusion and full existence of the people in need of support. The project will provide new opportunities for na employment of a relatives of people in need. The flexibility and the individually oriented care will be the basic aproach in work with people in need, and also are the basic principle of work for the team in the project.
