"Provision of integrated social services for sustainable early childhood development and active social inclusion in the municipality of Ardino"

This project under the Operational Programe "Development of Human Resources" procedure BG05M90R001-2.004 "Services Early Childhood Development"aims to prevent social exclusion, reducing child poverty and the provision of integrated social services for early childhood development. And support sustainable development activities of the created Project "Social Inclusion"(financed by loans from 7612 BG International Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the period 2008-2015) services aimed to children from 0 to 7 years of age from vulnerable groups including children with disabilities, their families and future parents. The project will contribute to the implementation of several strategic documents - National Strategy "Vision for deinstitutionalization of children in Bulgaria" and Action Plan for its implementation; - National strategy for reducing poverty and promoting social inclusion 2020; - National Strategy for Children 2008-2020; - National Health Strategy 2014-2020 will be a definite contribution to securing the effective exercise of the rights and improving the quality of live of children as a condition for the free and full personal development. The procedure will provide support to children in infancy and their families to improve access to health care, formation of parenting skills, improving the family environment, increasing the school readiness of children for inclusion in the educational system and the prevention of placement of children in specialized institutions. The specific of the project requires involvement of different actors in the organization and management of the implementation of an innovative model of interaction in the planning and provision of integrated social services.
