Montana Municipality has prepared the current this project that will improve quality of life and access to services for social inclusion in response to the complex needs of children from 0 to 7 years old and their families , as well as future parents from risk groups , prevention and mitigation of falling into a vulnerable position , minimizing the negative consequences of the vulnerable position of the implementation of activities and services for the rehabilitation and integration.The project is a prolongation of a number of social projects and activities that the made analysis the needs of the target groups and have a clear vision of the planned activities and its implementation to upgrade the established services center created by loans from the World Bank project " social inclusion " and in line with the Municipal concept for early childhood development . The activities that are planned in the project are in social, health and education field. With them, Montana municipality aims to provide adequate services for all at-risk groups to the development of parenting skills , family counseling and support , encouraging parents and children to attend kindergartens for proper entry into the school. Also advising parents to provide adequate health care for their children, paying special attention to the children with disabilities and preparation for an equal start for children who are going students .
