Integrated Social Services Delivery to vulnerable families in the Municipality of Kubrat

The project proposal is set out in the Municipal Development Plan of the municipality of Kubrat for 2014-2020 and aims sustainability of the Social Inclusion Project Integrated Services for Early Childhood Development. Services for early childhood development appear to meet the growing needs of future parents and families with young children in order to support parents to meet them. The services are divided into two groups regarding the age of the target groups of children - services for future parents, services for parents and families of children up to 3 years of age and services for children from 3 to 7 years old and their families. The focus of services for children up to age 3 and their families is placed mostly on the formation and development of parenting skills. Support of the prospective parents and those with very young children is mainly carried out in two ways: through work and through mobile services in suitably equipped for this purpose places. The mobile work aims to support parents to cope with the child's needs and emerging challenges in the environment in which they live without being forced to seek additional equipment. Services provided outside the child's home and their family, aim to open welcoming space for them. For children from 3 to 7, the services are mainly aimed at integration in kindergartens and prepare them to start school. Among other activities, basic services focus on group and individual work with children and their families. Transportation will be provided for children whose families cannot provide their movement to kindergarten. For families who have difficulty providing transportation to the kindergarten to their children such will be offered.
