EQUAL CHANCE FOR CHILDREN

In 2015, Dobrich Municipality started providing integrated services protected by Project "Community Center for children and families," funded Project "Social Inclusion" MLSP in support of children and families at risk. With the implementation of this project proposal, will complement and support the activities of successfully provided services for early childhood development; We will ensure their sustainability; We will develop and service "Family center for children" aged 0-3, which allows for hourly care, due to the limited capacity of the uncovered nursery group in the neighborhood and distance to other nursery schools in the city. The services that the municipality will develop are: Early intervention disability; Individual educational support for children with disabilities; Providing psychological support and counseling for mothers and parents for the formation and development of parenting skills, family counseling and support, individual and group work with children and parents, incl. with children and parents who are from vulnerable groups, to attend kindergarten; Support for the provision of health advice and children's activities on disease prevention; Additional teacher training to increase the school readiness of children for equal start in school; Family center for children from 0 to 3 g .; Management and operation of services in the community center for children and families. By providing integrated services will provide support to children in infancy and their families to improve access to health care, formation of parenting skills, improving the family environment, increasing the school readiness of children for inclusion in the educational system, as well as prevention placement of children in institutions. The project will be managed by a team appointed by the Mayor of the municipality will provide the conditions for the functioning of services and the implementation of other project activities.
