Alternative for early child development

The project proposal comes in response to the realized from Dupnitsa Municipality Social Inclusion Project - Loan 7612 BG by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank) "Integrated social policies for the provision of alternative social services aimed at social inclusion in the municipality of Dupnitsa" according Agreement №RD09-68 financing of 22/06/2011 between the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and Dupnitsa Municipality. The aim of the project was to improve the school readiness of children from low-income families and disabled children aged up to seven years; to improve the school readiness of children from low-income families and disabled children aged up to seven years; to increase the general welfare of children and to expand the range of services related to child care provided to low-income children and children with disabilities aged up to seven years. This project's aimes providing social services and support to children and families at risk to build a healthy family environment, providing services for children with disabilities and their families, implementation of measures for early diagnosis and timely intervention, provision of social service Centre for early intervention for children with disabilities, providing support to vulnerable families to prevent risky behavior and neglect and ensure equal access for children at risk communities and vulnerable groups to quality education and health care.
