Sustainable development of services for inclusion in Vidin Municipality

The project “Sustainable development of services for inclusion in Vidin Municipality” is further improving of social services provided by project "All children with equal start in school" ( funded by Loan 7612BG from International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) 2008-2015. Established models of social services will continue to function and to build on what has been achieved so far. All services provided upon this project are very important for the early child development and for achieving strategic and concrete targets of Vidin Municipality in this area. The implementation of the project proposal is an additional opportunity for risk prevention and support to overcome risky situations in terms of fundamental rights of the child, including: the right to family life, the right to education, right to health, protection from abuse, neglect and all forms of exploitation and discrimination, the right to development, decent standard of living, full life and social integration of children with disabilities. The project implementation will allow consumers to return their sense of life, for the care of the state and the municipality for children and their families within the requirements of the program to determine their own needs and choose the services they will use. During implementation of key activities towards the achievement of the objectives will be followed horizontal principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development.Improved facilities and the work of professionals is a factor for future sustainable development of the provided services. Implementation of the project will be based on the objectives of Vidin Municipality to represent, defend and protect the interests and rights of the users of early childhood development services. The applicant gained experience in the field of social services will contribute to the successful implementation and continuation of the project activities.
