The present project proposal aims to provide support to children in infancy and their families to improve their access to health care, to form parenting skills and to improve the family environment, and to increase the school readiness of the children for their inclusion into the educational system, as well as to prevent the placement of the children in institutions. The improvement of the readiness of the children for inclusion into the educational system and the support in the forming of the parental skills among vulnerable parents will cause limitation of the poverty across generations. Both operation and management of the integrated services are planned in accordance with the regulated procedures and methodologies for the provision of the services in the Social Inclusion Project (SIP), funded by the World Bank (Loan 7612BG) and will contribute for the continuation of the already existing services for early childhood development. The implementation of the project will comply with the principles of equal opportunities, gender equity and sustainable development set into the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” (OPHRD). The services will cover over 800 users: children from 0 to 7 years old and their families, including children with disabilities and their families.
