"Future Now: Provision of integrated services for early childhood development in the municipality of Sredets"

Project proposal "Future Now: Provision of integrated services for early childhood development in the municipality of Sredets" aims to prevent social exclusion, reducing child poverty in the municipality of Sredets, investing in early childhood and developed through support for project activities, created by incorporating integrated services for early childhood development for children up to 7 years from vulnerable groups, incl. children with disabilities and their families and future parents. Target groups of the project are: 1. Families with children from 0 to 7 years, including the disabled; 2. Children from 0 to 7 at risk and their families; 3. Children from 0 to 7 years, including with disabilities placed in specialized institutions and their families; 4. Children and adults at risk. In the project proposal Sredets municipality intends to provide the following services within 65 months: 1. "Individual educational support for children with disabilities" - option A; 2. "Additional teacher training to increase the school readiness of children for equal start in school"; 3. "Early intervention disability"; 4. "Support for the provision of health advice and children's activities on disease prevention"; 5. "Providing psychological support and counseling for mothers and parents for the formation and development of parenting skills," "Marital counseling and support" and "Individual and group work with children and parents, including children and parents who are not vulnerable groups, to attend kindergarten ". The services provided will be directed to the following needs: Development of parenting skills; Improving the quality of education of children; Reintegration of the child in the family; Improve the capacity of vulnerable ethnic groups for positive parenting; Dealing with family issues, health literacy skills for full social inclusion, parenting skills; Creating an effective model for alternative care for children at risk.
