The project provides for the opening of services for early childhood development as an extension and upgrade of the realized project, financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Provide support services to children in infancy - from 0 to 7 years and their families to improve access to health care, formation of parenting skills, improving the family environment, increasing the school readiness of children for inclusion in the educational system and preventing abandonment and neglect of children at risk.
