The protection of the children`s rights and providing conditions for their early development is a responsibility and a main task for the management body of Petrich municipality. The managing body of the municipality is using not only its own financial resources, but also these, provided by other donors, such as the World bank. The health of the children continues to depend from the favorable conditions for their physical and emotional development. These conditions require parents, the kindergarten and the school to create a good environment for forming the personality of the children. The present project upgrades the results of the already implemented project under the financial support by the World bank. All the activities are directed to services for children at risk at the age of 0 to 7 and their parents in order the process of their social inclusion to be guaranteed. The duration of the project is 53 months and the services for early child development will be 50 months.
