STIMUL for early childhood development

The project proposal of Vratsa Municipality aims to prevent social exclusion, poverty reduction among children of Vratsa Municipality by investments in early childhood development and support of children in infancy and their families to improve access to health care, formation of parenting skills, improving the family environment, increasing the school readiness of children for inclusion in the educational system, as well as prevention of abandonment and placement of children in institutions, as well as the support and approval of products developed by Social Inclusion Project financed by the World Bank, Integrated Services for early childhood development. Activities / services included in the project proposal are in accordance with Table Services (Option "A") as follows: "Early intervention of disabilities"; "Individual educational support for children with disability" "Provision of psychological support and counseling for mothers and parents for the formation and development of parenting skills, family counseling and support, individual and group work with children and parents, incl. with children and parents who are from vulnerable groups, purpose of attending kindergarten "; "Support for the provision of health advice and children's activities on disease prevention"; "Additional teacher training to increase the school readiness of children for equal start at school"; "Family center for children from 0 to 3 years"; "Management and operation of the service and maintenance of the Community Center"; "Organization and Project Management", "Information and publicity". The activities of the project proposal are aimed at the following target groups: families with children from 0 to 7 years, including with disabilities; children from 0 to 7 years at risk and their families; children from 0 to 7 years, including with disabilities accommodated in specialized institutions and their families; children and adults at risk.
