The project proposal is in response to the need to develop the successful model for providing integrated services for social inclusion and poverty reducing among target comminity - children and their families. The project implementation will allow to create a sustained, inclusive and and qualitative nurturing environment for children from 0 to 7 years old, which helps them to grow freely and to be physically active. By investing in early childhood development and formatting of parents' abilities among vulnerable families, the project will ensure a prevention of social exclusion and will help to overcome the isolation and enhance quality of life. The choosed target groups of the project are families with children from 0 to 7 years, including the disabled, at-risk children from 0 to 7 years old, the parents of these children, children from 0 to 7 years old, including disabled children in specialized institutions and their families. The objectives of the project are connected with the provision of integrated social services for children and their families, oriented to the individual needs of the target groups and improve municipal policy for providing social services. As a result of the project is expected to provide the appropriate conditions for limiting the transmission of poverty between generations in Byala Slatina. The main activities of the project related to the provision of integrated services are: - Providing of early intervention services for children with disabilities; - Support of families for early childhood development; - Protection of child and disease prevention; - Motivation and preparation for equal start in school; - Management and operation of services. In addition, for the successful and effective implementation of the project and dissemination of results, there will be provided the following activities: - Project management; - Visibility and publicity.
