The project proposal aims to prevent social exclusion, reducing child poverty by investing in early childhood development and support the activities of the established social inclusion integrated services for early childhood development aimed at children up to age 7 from vulnerable groups, including children with disabilities and their families and future parents. Through the project proposal is allowing a provision of services that aim to support needy families in raising their children. It is envisaged that services are provided through mobile working and through services provided in adequately equipped for that purpose place, namely Community center in Sevlievo, set up a "Social Inclusion Project", funded by the World Bank. Services activity focuses on individual and group work with children and their families to improve the quality of the relationship child - parents. Services are varied and specific, and will be delivered complete, depending on the needs of children at different ages. As a result of the services provided, parents will have the opportunity to improve their image and attitude towards children get more information and skills to support their development. In order to ensure integrated service provision of a community center, identified by specialists in demand, a user of one of the services will be able to use specialists from all other services in case to that service is not appointed such a person. Provided services will aim to prevent the institutionalization of children and enhance the ability of families to handle in everyday situations and not least, promoting social inclusion and protection of human rights.
