We are and will be Active

Project promotes labor activity of people with disabilities, enabling them to engage in vocational training courses and training on key competences, provided activities have been adapting and creating jobs for them provides its services "social assistant" and "personal assistant" that have to help them to overcome barriers to environmental physical and social environment. The project will build a Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration in support of people with disabilities. The project creates conditions for family members of people with disabilities to return to the labor market by ensuring the provision of services "social assistant" and "personal assistant" for their family`s members. The project provides an opportunity for inactive people to participate in the labor market being trained for the profession 'social assistant', trained key competences and recruited as "social assistants." The project foresees the implementation of activities to promote equal opportunities for people with disabilities to employment and change the negative attitudes of society and employers them by holding a round table, development of a site and elaboration of a film "We are, and will be active."
