Innovative forms of active inclusion of vulnerable groups

The project is the implementation of complex activities related to facilitating access to employment of vulnerable groups through the provision of innovative social services and to encourage participation in the labor market and restoration of labor activity of families with children. It is envisaged that the discovery of innovative social service as a "Center for active inclusion through sport reintegration", which will provide qualified support to families with children in risk whose members are economically inactive and elderly at risk for the purpose of their social adaptation and improve their chances to return to the labor market through the implementation of integrated approaches to motivate and encourage their participation in employment through the provision of hourly services to children at risk. The project involves complex measures implemented under K1 and K2 under the procedure. In the implementation of project activities will be identified minimum 35 families, including 70 children at risk and 25 economically inactive persons and 25 adults at risk. In the newly created "Centre for active inclusion through sport reintegration“, families will be conducted individual work in the form of trainings, consultations, will develop and implement individual programs to improve their access to the labor market. Activities that will be provided at the Centre according to the individual needs of the target group on the basis of committed social assessments will cover social, educational and psychological support to improve their access to the labor market. In revelations Center will ensure the provision of hourly services to children in the form of sporting activities, which will enable parents who so far have been caring for them to renew their occupational activity. As a result of the activities of K2, the applicant will provide subsidized employment within 6 months of 5 pcs. from target groups within the K1.
