The following needs will be addressed: diversification of the social services and extending their range on the field, increase of the people providing services for personal assistance, providing access to flexible care for children with disabilities, increasing human resources in social services, and professional development, sustainable employment in small settlements, educational and consulting services for professional development, maintenance by qualified persons of the landscaping infrastructure in the Dobrichka municipality. 70 persons will be included : 15 disabled and at least 15 members of their families; 15 disabled children and at least 15 parents from their families; 10 children at risk; 10 adults at risk General aim: Improvement of the quality of life of disadvantaged people in Dobrichka municipality, giving them the right of choice, independence and dignity, through various services for social inclusion and integration in the labor market. Specific goals: Expanding opportunities for providing social services to people with disabilities, dependents and their families Finding the persons` attitudes, building mutual trust and meeting the identified needs Improving access to employment for people with disabilities and motivating carers of dependent family members Raising the qualifications of persons from the target groups of the project Restoring labor activity of individuals from target groups Breaking stereotypes and changing attitudes of society and employers against people with disabilities Results: Provided various social services Established attitudes Improved access to employment Increased qualification Restored labor activity Broken stereotypes against persons with disabilities Activities: Providing innovative social service Motivational and psychological support Support for finding a job Trainings Employment Supervision Presentation of the opportunities of people with disabilities
