This project is about to make a positive impact on a specific representatives in need by improving their environment with a successful integration, good influence on the labor market and healthy development. There are two main points in the project with some additional elements. The first one is professional working education. The people in this group will be hired for 6-month professional training funded by the project’s program, letting them have the chance to start their new career. The second main point is delivering brand new innovative social service – a Mobile team for social and healthy work including specialists and advisors. They will be able to reach the outlying and difficult to access areas with poor economic helping and cooperating the users due to their needs. This innovative diversified social service will offer help, discussions and work with the objected group of people using the program for their progress. Psychologists, social workers, speech therapists, career consultants, therapists, health workers, lawyers and economists will take part in the project. Furthermore, local employers will participate and contribute the project. They will be aware of what opportunities and support will they be able to give, what will be their connection with the users and their future work presentation. All of this mentioned will be advertised with a campaign and a social survey. Effective, stable in future, long lasting and profitable products and services are the main purpose for the users’ development in their professional career.
