Project promotes labor activity of people with disabilities by adapting and creating jobs for them after passing qualification training provides its services "social assistant" and "personal assistant" that are helpful in carrying out their access to employment. Creates conditions of inactive people to participate in the labor market being trained and recruited as "social assistants" for 12 months. The project will create conditions and provide social service "Center for social rehabilitation and integration." Project provides activities promoting equal opportunities for people with disabilities to employment and change the negative attitudes of society and employers them by holding round table development of site preparation of the film "Active for equal opportunity."
