Center for active inclusion in the municipality of Topolovgrad

The project was developed to ensure the existence and development of such social services to meet the specific needs of people from the target groups in this call in the territory of the municipality of Topolovgrad: economically inactive persons; people with disabilities and their families; families with children with disabilities and children and adults at risk. The activities of the project are determined on the basis of Municipal strategy for the development of the social services of the municipality of Topolovgrad, developed on the basis of the situation Analysis and needs assessment by social services in the municipality of Topolovgrad, adopted by decision of the Municipal Council no 570/30.06.2015, in the process of partnership between all stakeholders in the municipality (municipal administration, City Council, Directorate Social assistance, Directorate labour market, Children's educational room, specialised institutions and facilities in the community). All the activities in the project were developed in alignment with national priorities of social policy, the amendments to the law on social assistance, changes in the rules for the application of the LSA. With the implementation of the project and the cteation of the "Center for active inclusion in the municipality of Topolovgrad", project form an innovative model of planning, developing and providing social services to the municipal level in order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the system of social services. The activities outlined in the project lead to the following results: will articulate the specific needs of social services; will trace how these needs are met; will provide new social services for vulnerable groups in the municipality of Topolovgrad; will increase opportunities for returning to the labor market of social groups at risk of exclusion and isolation.
