"Active again "

Activation of long-term unemployed and inactive persons is an important policy priority in the labor market in Municipality of Slivo pole. There is increasing of the aging population and people with disabilities to the need to increase the volume of social services in the municipality. Implementation of this project is geared towards the needs of people with disabilities, for "active involvement" in the labor market. This will be done through training (professional, social inclusion, etc.), Inclusion in subsidized employment intermediary activities of the labor market activation measures and then provided social services. The target group of the project covers 100 people, including people with disabilities and their relatives. They will be covered in the realized activities Components 1 and 2. The overall objective of the project is: Promoting social inclusion, increased motivation for independent living, improve access to employment for people with disabilities and their family members in Municipality of Slivo pole. Key project activities include: Supporting employment and improving access to employment for people with disabilities by creating innovative social services (C2); Providing intermediary services to the labor market; Training to enhance the professional skills or acquire new; Employment of persons with disabilities in providing mediation services on the labor market and training for a period of six months; Working with employers to tackle discriminatory attitudes of representatives of vulnerable groups in the labor market (C1). Expected results provided innovative social services for people with disabilities, according to their needs; social inclusion and active labor market of people with disabilities by providing mediation services, training and through subsidized employment for six months, reducing negative attitudes among employers in hiring people with disabilities.
