Implementation of measures for active inclusion of vulnerable groups in the Municipality Gramada

The project will provide integrated services for children, including the disabled, elderly, dependent care, adults with disabilities and their families, will combine complex steps towards providing integrated cross-sectoral services. In the newly created innovative "Center to provide innovative services in Gramada municipality" recruited and trained staff will implement integrated approaches to motivate and encourage participation in the labor market for persons caring for dependent family members - children, including the disabled, elderly, dependent care, adults with disabilities, depending on their specific needs. The center will have 2 rooms for consultation, training, psychological or other support, depending on the individual needs of persons from the target group. Through the implementation of project activities will improve access to healthcare through innovative services in the community and at home, according to the individual needs of the disabled person and at the same time provide employment to unemployed people of working age in the municipality. The project is the implementation of complex activities related to facilitating access to employment of vulnerable groups through the provision of innovative social services and to improve access to services for career development and encourage participation in the labor market and restoration of labor activity of families children. Disclosure of innovative social service "Centre to provide innovative services to actively participate in Gramada municipality" will provide qualified support to the target groups to their social adaptation and increasing their ability to return to the labor market through the implementation of integrated approaches to motivate and encourage participation in employment through the provision of hourly services to persons with disabilities.
