Chance for active inclusion of adult people with disabilities in Silistra municipality

The main goal of the project is to ensure access to employment of 10 adult people with disabilities as well as to provide social and health services of 50 adult people with disabilities in Silistra municipality. Specific objectives are: 1.Identification and motivation of active behavior of 20 adult people with disabilities from Silistra municipality . 2. Improving qualification of 20 people from the target group through training in key competence „Foreign languages communication “ and vocational education training in text editing for profession "Computer operator ". 3. Involvement of 10 people from the target group in employment in the field of community service. 4. Providing social and health services for 50 adult people with disabilities from Silistra municipalities. The target group consists of: 1)10 adult people with disabilities who will be hired – Component 1. 2) 50 adult people with disabilities who will receive services from the newly found Center for rehabilitation and social integration – Component 2. Activities to be implemented are: Identification of 50 adult people with disabilities for inclusion into Centre for rehabilitation and social integration services and activation of 10 of them to be included in the labour market Establishment of Centre for rehabilitation and social integration for adult people with disabilities in Silistra municipality Providing motivational trainings for 20 adult people with disabilities Providing a language training in key competence 2 „Foreign languages communication” for 20 adult people with disabilities Providing a vocational education training in text editing for profession "Computer operator " for 20 adult people with disabilities Hiring 10 people from the target group in community centre "Drystyr 2012" for 6 months The expected results are 50 percent of the adult people with disabilities finished successfully the trainings and were employed and 50 – using the Centre’s services.
