Providing innovative social services for active involvement in Municipality of Smyadovo

In the project proposal embodied specific objectives enshrined in the OP Human Resources Development 2014-2020, and supporting people of eligible target groups under this scheme of full value, independent life and return to the labor market of those who care for dependent members of their families as a result of care provided to their loved ones and people with disabilities. With the implementation of the project is an opportunity for equality in the provision of social services, taking into account the specifics of each locality of Smyadovo Municipality, depending on the needs of the population, as detailed in the Strategy for development of social services in the municipality Smiadovo for the period 2016-2020 and municipal development plan for period 2014-2020. The project will cover all settlements in the municipality where he identified a great need for social services offered by this project, namely Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration, personal assistant and social assistant and Mobile support team at home by providing social and health services for active involvement - innovative service. Do this point some of the settlements in the municipality remained isolated from the proposed social services. In the analysis of the social services in the municipality of Smiadovo in the project proposal are outlined priorities for entering a qualitatively new model for providing hourly quality social services in the home environment, focusing on the needs of the target groups. Realization of the project activities is a real support to needy families and individuals, which will reduce their social isolation and active involvement of individuals from target groups. Providing hourly service will enable relatives of the family circle of individuals from target groups who in most cases have no opportunity to develop professionally, due to continued engagement with their relatives in need of constant care to do so.
