The project "Operation of innovative integrated social model for ‘Silver Social Exchange (SCE)’ '' is aimed at establishment of a new and more modern regulation of relations and harmonization of interests with needs and with opportunities in the process of supply and demand of social services for more complete satisfaction of citizens in the social sphere. This model comprises the realization of the activities envisaged under Component 1 and Component 2 which are closely linked and interconnected, namely vocational information and counseling, incl. on matters concerning the exercise of labor and insurance rights of people that take care of dependent members of families or people with disabilities, improvement of the access to part time services at home environment, encouraging the participation in the labor market of members of families with people with disabilities, improving the access to health care and promotion through innovative mobile social service. Newly appointed 20 assistants will take care for 40 users dependent on care and 30 people freed of care will be counseled and motivated for start at the labor market.
