Realization of measures to encourage the activity of persons from vulnerable social groups

Planned activities and measures for the realization of the project aim to initiate supply and development of integrated social and health services, tailored to the needs of individuals from target groups under the current procedure: economically inactive people, people with disabilities and their families, families with disabled children, as well as adults and children at risk. Activities are planned in accordance with the national priorities of social policy and applicable law - Social Assistance Law, Rules for the implementation of the Law on social assistance, Law on Integration of People with Disabilities and will contribute to the realization of the objectives and measures, outlined in the Plan for development of social services in the municipality of Mineralni bani 2016 -2017, Action Plan for implementing the regional strategy for the integration of Bulgarian citizens of Roma origin and other citizens in a vulnerable social situation, living in a similar situation of Roma citizens for the period of 2012-2020. The project aims to: - upgrade offered at the time social services in the municipality; - creation and development of new innovative and integrated health and social services according to identified needs of individuals from target groups for overcoming social isolation, increase motivation and recovery of the labor habits as a precondition for a dignified and active life. Expected results are: identification of socially vulnerable groups and their needs, disclosure of the Center for active involvement in order to develop social services and offering innovative integrated health-social services in the Center and "at home", increase the motivation of individuals from target groups to actively participate in social and economic life, and will contribute to increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of social services provided by the municipality Mineral Bani.
