Encouraging the access to employment for vulnerable groups of Balchik Municipality

The project proposal of the Municipality of Balchik “Encouraging the access to employment for vulnerable groups of Balchik Municipality” includes support for finding a job and improvement of the access to employment for people with disabilities, implementation of integrated approaches to motivate and encourage the participation in the labor market of people taking care of dependent family members. The project been associated with providing in the home the social service "personal assistant", of motivational and psychological support and consultation of the staff offering social services, of psychological support of the consumers using the service, of health advisory services to the target group according to the individual needs of the person with disabilities. The project will cover needy persons both from the town of Balchik and the villages in the municipality of Balchik. The activities envisaged are in compliance with the criteria and standards for social services for children and adults which will be used for the selection of the end users. The project duration is 20 months with a deadline for the provision of social services 18 months. The project will include 22 inactive or unemployed participants and 22 participants with disabilities over 18 years receiving services Project value 316 451,82 BGN
