Creating a center for integrated complex social services for people with disabilities and their families in the municipality of Vratsa

People with disabilities in the municipality of Vratsa need to satisfy their complex needs, including medical and psychological support to overcome social exclusion and poverty. This project proposal will enable 40 persons with disabilities to receive comprehensive social services tailored to their specific needs based on individual assessment of potrebnostite.Ot one hand this would provide employment to unemployed people of working age and the other will enable people with disabilities to choose the desired social assistant. Providing access to integrated complex social services will be implemented through the creation of a center for integrated complex social services for people with disabilities and their families, and for this purpose will furnish and equip premises, which are municipal property. The center will provide psychological support, counseling and supervision of staff, comprehensive care for service users and motivational and psychological support to carers of disabled people in the family. This project complements and builds upon the duties of municipal projects funded under operation "Help at Home" scheme "Alternatives" OP HRD 2007-2013, as well as procedure "New Alternatives" OP HRD 2014-2020. Currently in Vratsa is running a similar project, but as there are people with disabilities who remained on the waiting list of previous projects breeds need this project. The project will organize more: - Advisory - Information roundtables on the topic: Improving access to services for the career development of carers for people with disabilities; - Initiatives for vocational information and counseling for people with disabilities and their families; - Vocational training for economically inactive people caring for loved ones with disabilities; The project will be held in the municipality of Vratsa for a period of 20 months.
