Daily Center for Adults with Disabilities "Kindness" in Sevlievo

The project proposal is aimed at expanding opportunities for improving the quality of life of people with disabilities and their families in the municipality of Sevlievo, raising their motivation for independent lifestyle by promoting equal opportunities for these individuals for employment and integration at the labor market. The target group of the project consists of 25 adults with disabilities municipality of Sevlievo and their families. Project activities: 1) Setting up a Daily center for adults with disabilities "Goodness" in Sevlievo; 2) Information, consultation and selection of prospective users of the service in the municipality of Sevlievo; 3) Provision of social services for adults with disabilities municipality of Sevlievo; 4) Information and publicity; 5) Organization and management of the project. Expected results of the implementation of the activities: - Established supportive environment for people with disabilities and their families; - Covered 25 adults with disabilities in social service Daily center for people with disabilities; - Created conditions for developing life potential of 25 adults with disabilities and opportunities for social integration; - Providing psychological assistance and support, conducted remedial and rehabilitation activities of 25 users of the Daily center; - Organization of leisure time of 25 users of social service; - Conducted 16 trips outside the town of Sevlievo; - Conducted 32 trainings to acquire various skills for independent living, social integration, motivation and involvement in the work, establishing work habits, teamwork and others which will benefit people with disabilities in employment opportunities; - Supported development of labor and social skills and providing conditions for employment; - Achievement of positive social impacts in the labor market in the municipality of Sevlievo.
