ACTIVE ON THE LABOUR MARKET, INTEGRATED IN THE COMMUNITY

General objective: Improving the quality of life of vulnerable groups and their families from Ruse by facilitating their access to the labour market and social inclusion. Specific objectives: 1. Enlarging the opportunities for better quality of life of 19 persons with disabilities and their families by motivation for independent life, and support for employment; 2. Encouraging labour and social reintegration of 6 persons, who take care of dependent adults, members of their families, including with disabilities; 3. Providing complex approach for facilitating the access to employment of 25 beneficiaries from vulnerable groups by providing social services to their dependent relatives. Beneficiaries: 19 unemployed persons with disabilities; 6 inactive and unemployed persons, taking care of dependent adult family members; 25 families of the beneficiaries. Main activities: Component 1: Improving the access to employment of 25 beneficiaries, facilitating their qualification and labour choice; Training of 25 beneficiaries for the profession “Social assistant” and for a part of the profession “Teacher's aide “; Providing the trainees with 6 months employment; Component 2: Applying integrated approach for labour market inclusion of 19 people with disabilities and 6 inactive and unemployed people, who take care of a dependant family member by: Motivation of the beneficiaries and their families and social skills training; Providing the service “Personal assistant” to 6 dependant family members of the beneficiaries; Presenting the potential of the beneficiaries to employers for overcoming discriminatory attitudes, facilitating the contact between job seeking beneficiaries and employers from social and educational services. Results indicators: 19 participants with disabilities with a job; 6 inactive and unemployed participants with a job, after provided care for a dependent family member; 5 participants aged over 29, who have a job after leaving the operation.
