"Flexible Team for Active Inclusion of People at Risk"

The aim of the project proposal is to facilitate access to employment for persons, who take care of relatives with disabilities (incl. children) and adults with disabilities living in the Stolipinovo quarter of Plovdiv through comprehensive and integrated activities, including development and provision of an innovative social service. The project will include: 4 activities in Component 2: Renovation, repair and furnishing two rooms, where the service will be situated; Development of an innovative social service "Flexible teams for active involvement of people at risk” with a mobile team of 10 professionals operating in the Stolipinovo area, delivering the activities: application of integrated approach to motivate and integrate in the labor market 20 persons, who take care of relatives with disabilities (the service covers 20 persons/ children with disabilities) and support for finding employment and improving access to employment of 20 adults with disabilities. 6 activities in Component 1: professional information and consultation of 40 individuals from the target group; job mediation services for 40 persons from the target group; vocational training in the professions "social assistant" and "hairdresser" of 24 persons from the target group; training in Key Competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages" and 4 "Digital competence" of 24 persons from the target group; providing subsidized employment for three persons with disability, after providing mediation services and training by the lead partner organizationt; adaptation and equipment of three workplaces for peaple with disabilities. The information and communication activities include: events for the beginning and end of the project; an information leaflet; one broadcast in local cable TV; creating and maintaining a project site on the website of leading organization, information board at the office of the service.
